Thousands mourn coral springs vice mayor nancy metayer at emotional service

Nancy Metayer, the rising star in Florida democratic Politics, was remembered by hundreds of mourners at an emotional service at Church by the Glades in Coral Springs. The 38-year-old activist and environmentalist, who had dreams of running for Congress, tragically died after being found shot in her home on April 1.

Metayer's husband arrested

Her 40-year-old husband, Stephen Bowen, is charged with premeditated murder in what authorities described as a domestic incident.
