Suffolk county deputy arrested on child rape, human trafficking charges

A Suffolk County sheriff's deputy has been arrested and charged with human trafficking and child rape in multiple Massachusetts towns, authorities announced Friday.

Deputy richard kielczweski, 41, faces numerous counts in halifax, hanson and middleboro related to the sexual abuse of a 15-year-old boy.

After a week-long investigation, Hanson and Middleboro police apprehended Kielczweski on Friday, said Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz.

Kielczweski, who works as a correction officer in Suffolk County, has been indefinitely suspended by the sheriff's office following the charges.
