The impact proved fatal for Alberto Viveros and Andrew Joseph Sanchez, a 14-year-old student at Anaheim High School who was riding in the front seat of the Infiniti. Two female students from Katella High School were passengers in the back of the Infiniti and sustained injuries; their condition remains undisclosed.
Arlene Viveros’ search for her father began when he failed to return home. Tracing his route, she initially didn’t recognize the crash scene. It was only upon seeing news reports identifying a 70-year-old man as a fatality that the horrifying truth struck her. “The 70-year-old man is my dad,” she stated, her voice thick with grief. “The unidentified person is my dad.”
