The project is a collaborative effort between the Denver Housing Authority (DHA) and the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless. The DHA purchased the property in 2020 and recently granted the Coalition a long-term ground lease. This partnership allows the Coalition to design, construct, own, and operate the housing, ensuring long-term stability for residents. The development will feature up to 135 income-restricted, supportive Family housing units. A childcare facility is also being considered as a vital resource for families. The project spans nearly four acres and offers access to amenities and views of Rocky Mountain Lake Park. Construction is expected to begin in late 2027.
