Starting his career at Eaton Corporation in 2000, he quickly progressed through various roles – from national service-planning manager to head of HR and Business excellence – demonstrating a consistent ability to elevate performance and drive strategic improvements. His tenure at Xerox spanned over a decade, showcasing expertise in quality management, technical training, and operational leadership.
He then transitioned to Suzlon Energy in 2008, taking on increasing responsibilities in corporate strategy and HR, ultimately leading to his appointment as General Manager of Corporate HR and Compensation & Benefits. Subsequently, his time at Srei Infrastructure Finance saw him heading HR for both Srei Infrastructure and Srei Equipment Finance – a clear indication of his breadth of experience in complex organizational structures.
Most recently, Jain’s role at Welspun Enterprises as CHRO provided him with valuable experience in building high-performing teams and navigating M&A integrations. He’s now poised to apply that expertise to Vishvaraj’s mission of transforming India’s approach to water management.
