Prosecutors presented compelling evidence, detailing nine distinct kicks delivered to the animal, several of which landed squarely against a wall. The incident, witnessed by the dog’s owner, unfolded after Green reportedly stared at the unattended, barking dog for an unnerving ninety seconds before resorting to violence.
